We’ve been here a couple times now and everything we’ve gotten has been so good! Tonight I got the jalapeno poppers and they were SO good! I also got the Countess of Monte Cristo and it was FABULOUS! Prices are a teeny high but you get big portions so enough for another meal! Brett, the owner, was also super nice and went around to the tables and seemed genuinely friendly to everyone. We will be back!

Went here for dinner tonight and was told to pick a seat. Sat down at what looked like a clean table from afar but was absolutely gross once we sat down so we moved. After finding a “clean” table we got served right away with great service. Unfortunately one of are cups had some “gunk” at the top of it so we had to ask for a clean one. I got the “bbq platter” It wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. The brisket was pretty dry had some flavor but was dry. The ribs were ok the rub underneath of the sauce was mushy and didn’t taste the greatest. The pulled pork was probably the best. Wasn’t anything special but tasted better when i brought it home and put it on a hamburger bun. Cornbread was just cornbread. I think the best thing about the whole meal was the sweet tea. Only my second time being there but both times kinda sucked. The inside of the restaurant kinda made up for the bad food. The interior is awesome and had a great vibe. I hate hating on a local business but the food just sucked. Other then that it wasn’t bad.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on Saturday afternoon, April 11th. We were not sure what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised and impressed. The restaurant has these amazing themed sections and is very fun to check everything out. We were greeted right away by Angie, who was our server. She was awesome! Very friendly, helpful and attentive, a great server! Thanks Angie! Our food come out pretty quickly and was amazing! I had the rib tips, corn bread and cole slaw. My wife had the Monte Cristo and house made chips. It says in the menu that their BBQ sauce is on the sweeter side, and it was, but it was very good. The ribs were tender. Just an overall great meal and experience! Cost was average for just about everywhere these days. $56 for the two of us to eat. Had we not saw Foxfire Fixins in Google and saw the reviews and menu, it may have been a place we just drove by and would not have thought about stopping. So very glad we did! Thank you Angie and Foxfire Fixins! Next time we are down that was from Bay City, we will definitely be back!

The ambience had a lot of character! I was actually so mesmerized by the board games hanging from the ceiling and the rest of the decor that I kept taking pics & sending to friends. The owner was super nice as well as the waitress and rest of the staff. It was our first time there, but certainly not the last. The bbq platter with the ribs, brisket, & pulled pork was phenomenal! Not to mention that the cornbread was the best we've ever had.

So fun and eclectic ! You’d never know what a gem this is if you just look at it from the roadside. The food was great- smoked brisket sandwich, totally delicious mac-n-cheese, and a well balanced fuzzy navel! The eclectic decor is so fun - we had to look at absolutely everything for a fun trip down memory lane. Brett- the owner- chatted with us and was a real local gem. Will definitely stop back if I’m in the area.
